Art Calendar Journal - September

September

has arrived and I'm on the search for bits of enjoyment in each day.

And here is August all completed for my snoopy readers...yeah, you know who you are.  LOL

There are a couple of days I didn't want to share so they have the large 3 and 8 covering them.  I know, the 8 is upside down.  But they're just laid over the writing for your entertainment, so no worries.

Here's to enjoying our September days!

Ha ha! Had a good snoop. I like 6, 8, 10 and very especially 18. Your entries are brilliantly neat and artistic.
Your flowers in a bottle are exquisite, September's another wonderful calendar page, all ready for Happy-Annie days.

Ouch - looks like August was a rough month for your folks. My dad fell on Aug 5th too and broke his femur - my ex also broke his femur last month. Always some DOG DAYS in August. Hope your mom and dad are feeling better. Snoop's friend - Woodstock.

What a month you had! Love how your calendars are always so gorgeous, and every day becomes important! The 17th was a big deal day for us too, but it was a big deal wedding, not a postcard...giggle. Thanks for sharing...hope your folks are recovering well!

Your calendars are a joy to behold. I don't read the details but enjoy the overall layouts. Little snippets of time and memories...

E-gads, it even looks like it was a good month.....at least shopping and mail wise.

My eyesight isn't good enough to read anyone's calendar but my own, so your secrets are safe with me. LOL. I only post photos of my calendar at the beginning of the month. If I posted it at the end of the month, people would probably accuse me of trying to bore them to death.

Annie, I just have to say that I love your calendar pages. They brought back a memory. After my mother past I was going through her things and I came across a few spiritual binders that she used as her journals. She did not do anything artsy, but she adding a little note almost everyday. I read through it and saw things like "went to K-Mart and bought yard today to make Connie's new baby an afghan, I wonder if she'll have a girl", or "we had a lovely dinner at Deanna's, she makes the best potato salad". It was full of everyday small little things that happened in her day to day routine. I sat there and cried, but it was a good cry. These old spiral binders are a treasure to me. When I read them I remembered all the love she put into homemade gifts and all the little things that she appreciated about her family.
That is what your calendars are, and someday they will be a family treasure to those that love you :)
Your pages are not only pretty as can be, but they tell the story of your life.
Have a wonderful week.
Your blogging sister, Connie :)

Your calendars are great. Love the saying on this month's calendar. Looks like August had some ups and downs. Glad Mom and Dad are back home. What a scare. Hope that shopping helped with your stress!
