The tag challenge blog up and ended before the numbers were complete. I went ahead and completed the number series on my own.
First up is #6. Just a chosen date that reflected the beginning of school and picture day. Vintage style with coffee stain and all.

Looking back I notice #0 never made it's way into the series. Oh well. It will NOT bother me. At least not enough to go back to this number series...at the moment.
I gathered all the tags together. While I wasn't happen with some of them, I was very happy with others. It makes no never mind. The playing is what's important.

ReplyDeleteHey Annie -- all of your tags are really fun and wonderfully designed. When I create a tag - the back gets all messed up - how do you prevent that? You have really been busy --- don't know how you do it. If I could print as well as you, I would just print a letter on a tag and send it out!!!!!

I love them all. Your house number reminds me that I want to do some sort of memory gathering of the different homes or places I have lived starting with Mom hanging the laundry over the very windy "gut" (a stream to the ocean)between apartments in Newfoundland.
ReplyDeleteGreat way to display your tags. Ingenious using handles. Again you get so much detail into these small tags. You always make the backs so interesting.
ReplyDeleteI do like number 7. Is that you looking out from your art studio? Your Ivory Tower looks great and what a pretty garden. Seriously, this tag is seriously good, a serious piece of art. Trying to say how much I like it. Great combinations of subtle colours too.
ReplyDeleteThe school tag looks vaguely menacing, maybe because the children weren't allowed to smile. Nice work with the "coffee stains".
They do look good hanging in a a row, all so different.
How fun that you finished the Number Tag Challenge. You know I always enjoy your creative art and Muse. You are correct about the playing...it is all important and we should all find more time to play. Embrace Your Art Dear...
