The letter this fortnight at The Craft Barn is the letter D.
Oh, so many delightful words to illustrate that begin with the letter D. But for me, the word to illustrate has to be DELIVERY. I watch for this guy every single delivery day of the week!...to bring in and to take out.
Mr. Zip! This one is so clever with the stamp and the address! The pink is a great touch...who'd a thunk? It really gives an eye-catching detail.
ReplyDeleteHe is so cute! Love that mail dude!
ReplyDeleteClever idea to chose a dictionary. A whole page of D`s. Love the drawing, he looks in a hurry to deliver to you.
ReplyDelete"Delivery"! What a difficult word to choose, but your delivery man is just perfect, such a sweet delivery man looking so pleased that he has some mail for you. Fun to deliver to you at the dictionary.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the twist, you've thought of and made the perfect painting for the theme, and then you have to include a purple elephant or whatever. Quite terrifying. But I like the way you've made a pink label, I don't think Mr. Mailman would like wearing pink.
Your delivery guy is so cute. I remember him! The second I saw it, I knew your word. Good job on a difficult word.
ReplyDeleteHe looks so good there, so much personality. The pinks works really well.
ReplyDeleteAdorable! Great word choice for a mail artist. :)
ReplyDeleteoh Annie you are so clever - this is such a fun page and so hmm can't think of the best way to describe it - but love it. The extras scare me too epecially since the time I forgot to do that part completely. Have a good weekend. Annie C xxx
