Sunday Postcard Art - Picnic

This week I get to host at the Sunday Postcard Art with my choice of theme, which is PICNIC.  I chose this theme because I wanted to stitch this ant.  I was worried how his little legs might end up looking. I was surprised to be so pleased.  And ants go so well with picnics.  This little guy is on his way to a picnic right now.

    Your ant looks a bit lost, glad you provided him (her?) with a signpost. That's tremendous how you have made her look like a real ant with the spindly legs and the multi-bit body. Clever stitching with the letters too.

    :) Everything--from the background of leaves to the black and red color scheme that that pops right atcha! Oh, and those big eyes--and are those ants crawling all over PICNIC? And the border, of course! Love, love, love!
