The current challenge theme at DragonsDream blog, Tag It On is to use the color orange and a letter(s)
I finally stopped resisting the purchase of these fun letter punches. After punching enough letters for my words, there are extra letters not used. I saw on Pinterest where someone had used extra sticker letters on a background and then painted over them. Yes, I glued each individual letter down on this background. The patience I possess to do some tedious things even shocks me.
I used the piece I punched the letters from for the backside of my tag.
I love tags!

I have been away from paper play for too long. I hadn't seen that punch set. You did wonderful things with them. Love what you did to the back as well as the front of this tag.
ReplyDeleteWell, how fun was that? BUT….to glue down all those teeny tiny little letters……EIKES!!! Like you said, talk about patience! Holy cow! Love the punch out letter set. Those will serve you well for years knowing you!
ReplyDeleteVery cute tag, and you have WAY more patience than me. I never could have done it. BTW....how many letters got glued to your fingers? or is that just something I would do? Love to see the date stamp as that was my "baby's" 36 birthday.
ReplyDeleteAnnie it is always the little details that make something special and this Tag is uber special. Hope you have really good tweezers for keeping track of those letters. Love that you even used the "scraps" on the back of the tag. Creative Tag Bliss Dear...
ReplyDeleteI also wondered how you managed to stick down the letters without getting the glue all over the front and your fingers.
ReplyDeleteI like this minimalist tag, and a blackbird and orange together make a good couple. I like the three strips of thread too, very arty.
Another winner. Love those black birds - always!
ReplyDeleteWonderful tag Annie, really funky, you are brilliant at making tags....amongst everything else you excel at of course!
ReplyDeleteI love the punches, never seen them before.....guess who's off to google them now ;)
Big hugs

ReplyDeleteI love this tag! Funny, I saw that punch at the store and thought "who would ever have the patience to work with these tiny letters?" Now I know the answer to that question. YOU! Love the threads running down too. Very unique.
