Calendar Journal and Mail Art

January 2016 was a month of lettering play.  I also found something to write about every single day.  No filler blocks used.  I had a very playful month that I am very grateful for.

Much of my playful month was filled with mail art play.

My vbff (virtual best friend forever), Sheila, is having a birthday soon.

Some very late mail art went to Abby.  I have not heard whether this card and envelope arrived.  I do hope so.

And this postcard was some best fun to make.  Gina's father is celebrating his 88th birthday soon and she has plans to present him with at least 88 birthday greetings from around the world.  Her Papa loves mail art.

And lastly is a Valentine card.

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!

Oh, an absolutely delightful card. It arrived in the mail as if it had been delivered by hand, not a mark on it and everything still perfectly in place. Annie, your cards must have an invisible protective shield.
Love the other ones too, not as good as mine, obvs, and I'm still a bit worried by the New Man in Town, I'm glad he didn't come here. Old lady on the stamp, ditto, maybe she is his mother. Great card for an 88 year old, young at heart.
Loved reading your calendar too, seems like January was a happy arty month, what could be better.

Do you think you could be any busier?? Lots to look at starting with your masterpiece of a January calendar. Your birthday card is amazing -- does anyone out there know how Annie does this????
88 birthday greetings from around the world - that is quite a feat and she must love her Papa a whole bunch. What a wonderful gift!
Your Valentine is so special and I can tell you put your heart into everything you do!!

I love them all! But maybe I love the one that arrived in my mailbox (with a heart and a charm and "the" border) yesterday the most! Thanks so much, Annie!

Happy Valentine's Day, Annie! Love these pretty projects....your sentiment on one day in January reminds me of myself "the sun is back!" Haha! I'm so ready for spring!

Oh nooooo I can't cope with the perfection overload! Where to start?! I love it all Annie but I'm always in awe (and insanely jealous) of your devine hand writing......if I could write like that people would get no emails only letters!

How did I miss this post? Asleep at the mouse I think. Love all of your art and cards. I would have loved to mail Gina's dad something for his 88th birthday. Is it too late?
